Job summary

The Aagard Group LLC is seeking a seasoned Leader for the Fabrication division in Minnesota. You will lead the fabrication team, coach supervisors, and drive performance against metrics while promoting a high-performance culture.

Ensuring safety, quality, and timely production is central to this role. You will collaborate with CI to implement productivity improvements, reduce costs related to tooling and maintenance, and ensure product quality meets documented standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of manufacturing management experience
• Proven manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in fabrication
• Skilled in interviewing, performance management, and coaching
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices
• Ability to read CAD drawings and utilize company software

Responsibilities

• Lead Fabrication team and supervise supervisors and their teams
• Own Fabrication performance metrics and drive improvements
• Lead process improvements with CI team; reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of machine units
• Promote and uphold Aagard culture and training opportunities
