Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) in City of Industry is seeking a Warehouse Fabrication and Tooling Lead based in Henderson, NC. You will perform fabrication tasks, assemble kits to meet customer specifications, and manage tools to support order fulfillment.

You will read work orders, prepare materials, operate required tools, ensure products meet quality and safety standards, keep work areas organized, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with warehouse and sales teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or trade training in fabrication or welding is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, and measurement tools accurately.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to support internal and external partners.
• Commitment to workplace safety and PPE adherence.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication tasks and assemble kits to meet customer specifications.
• Operate tools and prepare materials for production.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
• Read and interpret work orders to guide fabrication.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to support order fulfillment.
• Interact with customers occasionally to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery.
