Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) in City of Industry is seeking a Warehouse Fabrication and Tooling Lead based in Henderson, NC. You will perform fabrication tasks, assemble kits to meet customer specifications, and manage tools to support order fulfillment.

You will read work orders, prepare materials, operate required tools, ensure products meet quality and safety standards, keep work areas organized, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with warehouse and sales teams.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or trade training in fabrication or welding is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, and measurement tools accurately.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to support internal and external partners.
• Commitment to workplace safety and PPE adherence.

Role Description

The Warehouse Fabrication and Tooling Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Henderson, NC. This role is responsible for performing fabrication tasks, including putting together kitted components to meet customer specifications and project requirements. This role will also be responsible for tool management. Day-to-day work includes reading and interpreting work orders, preparing materials, operating any necessary tools, ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards, and keeping a steady rotation of customer tools in service. The specialist will maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety protocols, and collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to support order fulfillment. The role may also involve occasional customer interaction to clarify requirements and ensure accurate, timely delivery of customized products.

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, or a related trade is preferred.
