Job summary

ENTEK Manufacturing LLC in Henderson, NV seeks a Fabrication Production Supervisor to lead daily fabrication operations, coordinate welding activities, staffing, and priorities to meet schedules safely and efficiently.

You will supervise welders, fitters, and fabrication technicians, enforce welding procedures and quality standards, and drive safety and continuous improvement across the production line.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fabrication, welding, or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience supervising welders, fitters, or fabrication teams.
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing workflows and production operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and workforce management skills.
• Effective communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily fabrication production schedules and prioritize jobs.
• Coordinate weld flow, material staging, and manpower across areas.
• Supervise welders, fitters, and fabrication technicians on shift.
• Enforce welding procedures, fabrication standards, and quality.
• Enforce safety procedures, PPE, hot work controls, and crane safety.
• Monitor production performance and schedule adherence.
• Manage attendance and daily labor coordination.
• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance.
• Verify welders operate within qualifications and methods.
• Monitor weld quality and fabrication workmanship.
• Lead shift pass-down and daily production reporting.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
