Job summary

Ridge Corporation in Ohio is seeking a Fabrication Technician II to join our hands-on manufacturing team. The role involves operating fabrication equipment, solving problems, and ensuring products meet quality standards on a fast-paced line.

We welcome motivated individuals with mechanical aptitude and good attendance, with training provided as needed. Expect a full-time, hourly schedule with opportunities for wage increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read basic work instructions and do basic math.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Clear communication and strong time management.
• A self-motivated approach, working well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections and verify products meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and company safety procedures at all times.
• Enter production data accurately into our ERP system.
• Keep your work area clean and organized using 5S methods.
• Partner with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals.
• Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement projects.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
