Qualifications

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine fabrication steps.
• Understand safety procedures and best practices in manufacturing.
• Perform basic math for measurements and quantities.
• Operate fabrication tools and machinery.

• Follow directions and maintain accuracy in production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate machining equipment to fabricate parts per specs.
• Read blueprints and determine materials and procedures.
• Inspect finished products for quality and dimensions.
• Maintain and service tools and equipment safely.
• Handle materials and prepare for fabrication processes.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules.
• Document work orders and production data.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues as they arise.
• Perform jobsite housekeeping and general labor.
• Assist with other prefab tasks as assigned by supervisor.
