Job summary

Nox Innovations currently seeks a Fabrication Worker at our Reno, NV location. You will support fabrication tasks, interpret blueprints, perform quality checks, and ensure safe, efficient operation of tools and equipment.

The role requires basic math, tool proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for extended periods. Prior fabrication or welding training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical fabrication/welding training advantageous.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints with accuracy.
• Basic math for measuring dimensions and quantities.
• Proficiency with fabrication tools and machinery.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication & Assembly: operate machinery to fabricate parts and assemble components.
• Blueprint Reading: interpret drawings to determine materials and procedures.
• Quality Control: inspect finished products against specs.
• Maintenance & Safety: perform routine tool maintenance and follow safety protocols.
• Material Handling: prepare and organize materials for fabrication.
• Collaboration: work with team to ensure timely production.
• Documentation: maintain work orders and production records.
• Problem Solving: troubleshoot fabrication issues.
• Perform jobsite housekeeping and general labor.
• Other prefab duties as assigned by Supervisor.
