Job summary

HUI, Inc. is hiring for a Production Support role at our Kiel facility on 1st shift. No experience is required, and starting pay is $18.75 per hour.

You will receive hands-on training in machine setup, blueprint reading, and safety, with opportunities to learn press brake, welding, forming, or laser operation. PRODUCTION SUPPOR Manual Labor

We are looking for great future teammates in a fabrication role for our 1st shift at our Kiel facility. No experience necessary!

Starting Pay: Hourly pay for our 1st Shift starts at $18.75/hour.

Responsibilities

• Press Brake
• Forming
• Welding
• Laser Operator

You may also train and perform additional tasks like autoserting, forklift operation, or flexing to our paint & assembly area as needed. After training and gaining experience in one of these areas, you can expect opportunities to train in other competencies, earning more pay as you learn and grow!

Requirements

• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

What is the training like?

Basic training starts with machine set-up, blueprint reading, safety, and more. From there, you will start training on your first competency skill in press brake operation, welding, or punch press or laser machine operation.
