Core hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm. The position offers a hourly wage of $23.77 with eligibility for a variable incentive program, plus comprehensive benefits per Eaton policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• No immigration sponsorship or STEM opt restrictions.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50-mile radius only.

Responsibilities

• Sustain 5S in assigned areas and lead the fabrication team.
• Provide leadership and direction of work for team; ensure on-time, quality fabrication.
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE usage; enforce adherence to procedures.
• Schedule and coordinate fabrication operations to optimize resources and meet deadlines.
• Train new workers on procedures, safety, and quality expectations.
• Identify process improvements and perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Report production metrics and coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.
