Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 2–5+ years in precision fabrication or heavy manufacturing.
• Experience with CNC, laser cutting, sheet metal, and forming processes.
• Strong leadership and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fabrication operations, including steel sheet, plate, and related processes.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance.
• Translate schedules into clear operator priorities and allocate resources.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements with 5S and lean.
• Oversee CNC laser cutting, punching, bending, forming, and finishing operations.
