Qualifications

• Three plus years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial fabrication setting required.
• Advanced knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and machinery required.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance procedures (QAPs) required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and schematics required.
• High levels of organizational and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and mentor a team of fabricators, ensuring safety and production goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Assign tasks based on skill and project needs; balance workload.
• Coordinate with project managers to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Monitor production schedules; adjust staffing to prevent delays.
• Oversee setup and operation of fabricating machines; ensure quality.
