Job summary

ENGlobal Corporation in Kentucky seeks a Fabrication Supervisor to lead an enclosure tanks manufacturing team, uphold safety and quality, and ensure projects meet budget and delivery targets.

You will organize workloads, coach staff, and coordinate with other departments to maintain a smooth workflow in a fast-paced fabrication yard setting. This role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing and the ability to work night shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Ability to supervise multiple projects and departments simultaneously.
• Read, write and speak proficient English.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must be able to work night shift.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of enclosure tanks employees.
• Ensure monthly goals and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and prevent bottlenecks.
• Set priorities for the team to ensure daily task completion.
• Monitor labor hours and ensure accurate timekeeping.
• Interview candidates and supervise staff according to policy.
• Coach and lead the enclosure tanks team and communicate with other departments.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement.
