Job summary

You bring five+ years of supervisory experience in aerospace/defense fabrication, strong communication, and the ability to train and evaluate team performance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fabrication department on night shift to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate daily scheduling and overtime when needed.
• Train team members and conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety.
