Job summary

Gulf Island & Englobal is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to uphold safety, supervise enclosure tanks production, and ensure quality, budget and on-time delivery. You will lead a large enclosure tanks team and guide daily workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Requirements include 5+ years of supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing, ability to read blueprints, strong coaching and communication skills, and willingness to work night shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Read, write and speak proficient English.
• Must be able to work night shift.
• Ability to supervise multiple projects and departments simultaneously.
• Read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of enclosure tanks employees.
• Ensure monthly goals and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with departments to prevent bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow.
• Set priorities to complete daily tasks.
• Monitor labor hours and budget adherence.
• Maintain safety, quality and on-time delivery.
