Job summary

SpecSys is a growing, rural Midwest fabrication company seeking a Fabricator. The role focuses on measuring and marking drill spots, operating multiple fabrication machines, and maintaining production documentation.

Candidates should read blueprints, measure precisely, and support a quality-driven team. We offer a flexible schedule with 4 ten-hour shifts and 5 eight-hour shifts, hourly pay from $18 to $25, and a generous benefits package including insurance, retirement, and training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and stand 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to guide fabrication.
• Read a tape measure accurately.
• Operate a drill press, frame drill, hand drill, band saw, 5" grinder and plate roll.
• Learn to use an overhead crane.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and maintain documentation.
