Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.

• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Willingness to learn fabrication and welding processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist fabricators and welders with setup and preparation of materials.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products.
• Clean, grind, deburr, and prep metal or other materials for fabrication.
• Operate basic shop tools and equipment (drills, saws, grinders).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Help with measuring, cutting, and assembling parts under supervision.
• Perform basic quality checks and report issues to supervisors.
• Organize tools, materials, and supplies.
• Assist with inventory tracking and restocking materials.
