The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in a fabrication environment, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, enforcing safety protocols, and overseeing shop operations. Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in fabrication or metalworking, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of structural steel, welding techniques, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
