Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in fabrication or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and shop operations.
• Experience leading production teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coach, develop, and build high-performing teams.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and production software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fabrication shop operations to meet schedules.
• Assign work, set priorities, balance labor and equipment.
• Monitor output, efficiency, throughput; drive improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks; implement corrective actions.
• Assist with production planning for accurate orders.
• Provide hands-on support during workload peaks.
• Lead and develop fabrication staff to ensure safety and quality.
• Conduct training on processes, SOPs, and policies.
• Coordinate with Branch Ops Manager and other departments.
• Track production metrics and participate in Lean initiatives.
