Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate fabrication team to meet production and customer demands.
• Oversee Maintenance and Operations Support functions and staffing.
• Lead performance management, provide feedback and development opportunities.
• Drive Lean practices and PDCA cycles to improve safety, quality and productivity.
