TestEquity LLC in Houston, TX seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to organize and supervise fabrication staff to meet safety, quality, and production standards. You will align with ERP best practices and support cross-site collaboration with Customer Service, Warehouse, Sales, and Engineering.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, knowledge of ISO/Quality systems, and strong communication. Epicor/SXE training will be leveraged to drive continuous improvement and supplier

Competenze

• College degree or equivalent supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial distribution.
• 2+ years supervisory/operations management experience.
• Knowledge of ISO/Quality System and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Ability to coach/train personnel and lead diverse teams using listening, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
