IMMI, a leading ESOP company in Westfield, IN, is seeking a CAPE Fabrication Technician to support customer testing across CAPE centers. The role involves fixture design and fabrication, test setup, 5S, and collaboration with CAPE leadership to meet project objectives while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

You will work closely with the CAPE team to prepare test systems, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery of customer results in a fast-paced testing environment.

Formación

• High level mechanical aptitude with ability to operate and troubleshoot test fixtures and equipment.
• Verbal, auditory and written English skills sufficient for cross-functional communication and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform test fixture setup, calibration and operation for CAPE testing programs.
• Prepare test documentation, ensure data accuracy, and maintain CAPE QA records.
• Conduct 5S and maintain clean, organized test centers and fabrication areas.
• Work with CAPE personnel to support test schedules and customer deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and project details.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and all equipment is operated within CAPE guidelines.
