Job summary

Commercial Metals Company (CMC) seeks a production associate to join our team in Texas. You will operate fabrication equipment, assist in loading materials, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting safety programs and efficient production.

Qualifications

Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
Willing to cross-train as needed and follow safety policies.
Strong work ethic and punctuality with ability to read technical documents.
Team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment and identifying root causes.
Experience with operating fabrication machines safely and with supervision.

Responsibilities

Attend training regarding applicable equipment.
Assist in loading fabricated rebar on trailers and unloading stock material from trailers.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition.
Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold the CMC Safety Culture.
