Job summary

AmeriTech Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee structural steel fabrication projects from planning through completion.

You will coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and shop personnel to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, read structural drawings, monitor budgets, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and shop drawings.
• Understanding of steel fabrication processes and construction schedules.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Tekla/Bluebeam experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple structural steel fabrication projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate schedules, procurement, fabrication, and deliveries.
• Review drawings and shop drawings.
• Communicate with general contractors, engineers, detailers, and production teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project docs.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and production progress.
• Identify and resolve project delays or issues.
