Job summary

Ironworksweldinginc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own day-to-day execution of fabrication projects in Dickinson, ND. Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or production leadership in fabrication or heavy industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with schedule and quality control.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team.
• Experience with documentation, system updates, and admin tasks.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own project schedules, milestones, and status reporting to leadership.
• Direct shop floor teams, assign tasks, and track progress against plan.
• Serve as main customer contact for status, schedule, and issues.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and returnables in real time.
• Approve time entries and monitor labor against bid allocations.
• Create turnover packs and ensure documentation is current.
• Maintain quality checks and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on scope, schedule, and safety.
• Support pre- and post-job meetings with Production Manager.
