Job summary

Lexicon is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead construction projects, coordinate teams, and ensure contracts are executed on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes client communication, scope review, and oversight of erection activities, with a focus on reliability, safety, and Quality Assurance. Candidates should have leadership capabilities and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with steel fabrication and erection.
• Familiar with AISC and OSHA requirements.
• Detail oriented with strong oral/written communication; understands financial aspects of a construction project.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractual responsibilities on construction projects, managing client communication, schedule, deliveries, documentation, and cost control.
• Serve as primary contact with the customer and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors onsite.
• Understand project scope within each contract including specifications, drawings, budget, and work scope.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, including drawings approvals, shop issues, deliveries, buyout items and erection.
