Job summary

Lexicon Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects, coordinate with clients, manage schedules, and supervise onsite activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, at least 4 years in steel fabrication/erection, and familiarity with AISC/OSHA. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and MS Project is expected, with strong communication and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and able to manage project budgets.
• Familiar with AISC and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractual responsibilities on construction projects including client communication, schedule, deliveries, documentation and cost control.
• Act as primary contact with the customer and manage change orders and subcontractor coordination onsite.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, pay applications, and weekly status reports.
