Qualifications

• Experience in experiential marketing or related environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Fabrication Manager to process RFPs and organize details.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, timelines, and client-ready presentations.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients on budgets and progress milestones.
• Manage internal and external communications and share critical updates.
• Maintain project visibility on the job board and plan workflow.
• Ensure quality control and handle material sourcing.
• Coordinate third-party scheduling, orders, and logistics for installations.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve savings and efficiencies.
• Identify risks and drive practical solutions.
• Document timelines, costs, labor hours, and approvals.
• Participate in meetings and ensure accountability across teams.
• Travel to event and installation sites to support delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and vendor relationships.
