Job summary

Our services include construction management, fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, and roadway projects, as well as a full spectrum of golf course construction and management services.

The Project Director will oversee the operational functions of Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Services and Project Controls.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering and minimum 10 years in engineering/project management.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work for Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Services and Project Controls departments.
• Ensure flow of information to and from project and that deliverables are completed per project schedule.
• Keeps adequate staffing per workload needs.
• Interfaces with upper management on business development and departmental matters.
• Ensures department work performance efficiency by providing adequate tools.
• Overtime and punctual attendance are required.
• Performs non-essential duties as needed.
