Job summary

HireLevel in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Production Worker for a contract-to-hire role.

You will grind, finish, and assemble enclosures, operate press brakes and hand tools, and set up sheet metal components to exact customer specifications with a focus on quality. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, ability to read production drawings (or willingness to learn), strong attention to detail, and the ability to stand for extended periods while lifting up to 50

Responsibilities

• Grinding, finishing, and preparing enclosures to customer specifications.
• Operating press brakes, hand & power tools to form sheet metal components.
• Assembling components including hardware, gaskets, and doors.
• Verifying dimensional accuracy using precision measurement tools.
• Operating a forklift to move & stage materials.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Documenting material and quality control issues as required.
