Qualifications

• Previous laser operation, CNC, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with metal parts and production equipment is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor laser cutting equipment
• Load raw material and unload finished parts
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, travelers, and process sheets
• Verify that parts meet required specifications
• Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy
• Measure parts using appropriate measuring tools
• Monitor machine performance and report issues
• Make basic adjustments as needed
• Properly sort, label, and stage completed parts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and production procedures
• Ability to read blueprints and production instructions
• Strong math and measurement skills
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to accurately identify and inspect parts
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
