Job summary

Hydro Extrusions is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to lead a shift in the Fabrication department. You will deliver a safe, reliable product while achieving measurable objectives and driving process improvements.

You will use leadership tools to engage the team and deliver business value. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing, including shop-floor Fabrication, and strong knowledge of fabrication equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in a Manufacturing Environment required.
• 5+ years of shop floor experience in the Fabrication department required.
• Broad knowledge of fabrication equipment and techniques (Metal Saws, Punch Presses, ABS Cells, CNC).

Responsibilities

• Investigate safety incidents and implement preventive safety techniques with teams.
• Provide first response to team members when demand is jeopardized or area shut down due to safety/quality issues.
• Sponsor and facilitate rapid problem-solving to remove waste across areas.
• Develop work instructions and SOPs; ensure safety and quality practices are followed.
