The role requires 5+ years in plant/ops management, strong fabrication process knowledge, and proven leadership. ERP and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of plant or operations management experience, preferably in fabrication/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, cutting, forming, CNC).
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality control.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Supervise and mentor supervisors, team leads, and staff.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of fabrication equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage plant budgets and control operating costs.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
