Qualifications

• 7–10 years technical experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Must read and interpret P&ID, ISO, and engineering assembly drawings.
• Must perform shop math.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises work team in planning and execution of a wide variety of assembly activities.
• Plans resource requirements based on backlog and forecasted workload.
• Hires, trains, develops, and appraises staff effectively.
• Fosters teamwork within the department and addresses performance issues.
• Schedules, allots, and monitors work orders.
• Ensures projects are completed within budgeted cost and schedule and meet quality requirements.
