Job summary

America's Heartland Packing is seeking a seasoned fabrication supervisor to oversee the fabrication floor from setup through yields, quality, safety, and staffing. Lead production teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in processes and equipment operation.

The role requires strong English communication, 3–5 years of supervisory experience in fabrication, and a solid understanding of safety and food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in Fabrication.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of fabrication process, USDA grading, and cooler operations.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and execute departmental business plans in Fabrication.
• Oversee production operations and maintain schedules and specifications.
• Manage crewing, scheduling, quality, productivity, and training.
