Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Computer skills including Word and general internet use.
• Eaton will not sponsor work visas or relocation; within 50 miles of work location only.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication machinery to produce parts.
• Perform initial set-up for operation on PLC, Analog, or Manual controlled machines.
• Observe safety rules and work according to supervisor instructions.
• Interpret work orders and drawings; complete necessary paperwork and system transactions.
• Maintain tools and equipment for continuous operation and report issues.
• Provide on-the-job training for new Operators.
• Perform TPM and 5S+ responsibilities daily.
