Worthington Enterprises in Jefferson, KY is expanding its production team on 2nd and 3rd shifts and seeks a Fabrication and Paint Line Specialist. You will rotate through key stations to maintain quality and throughput, including welding, press room, and paint line tasks.

The role requires physical stamina, good hand–eye coordination, basic math, and the ability to read and follow instructions. Starting pay is $19/hour with a $1.50/hour night shift differential.

Qualifications

• Ready for physical, repetitive work and standing for long stretches.
• Steady hand–eye coordination and a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfort with basic math and computers.
• Ability to interpret detailed instructions; familiarity with part numbers, sizes, and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test parts to confirm they meet specs.
• Handle materials to stage components and keep lines supplied.
• Provide hands-on support in welding, press room operations, and paint line finishing.
• Carefully follow work instructions and procedures.
• Maintain quality by spotting defects early and handling small parts accurately.
• Uphold safety policies and procedures.
