Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic math and reading safety instructions and work orders.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Familiarity with part numbers, sizes, and quality detection.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, material handling, welding, and line operations.
• Follow production instructions to manufacture quality parts safely.
• Detect and address defects; accurately count, label, and handle small parts.
• Maintain safety standards by following all policies and procedures.
