Qualifications

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical, repetitive tasks.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Read and follow detailed safety instructions and work orders.
• Familiarity with part numbers, sizes, and quality detection.
• Forklift and crane licenses are a plus.
• Basic English proficiency to read safety instructions and communicate with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, material handling, welding, and paint line operation.
• Follow detailed production instructions to manufacture quality parts safely.
• Detect and address defects; count, label, and handle small parts.
• Maintain safety standards by following all policies and procedures.
