Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a dedicated Technical Project Manager/Leader to drive execution of complex initiatives across Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. You will plan, execute, and monitor projects and test campaigns, building strong relationships with key stakeholders while applying engineering expertise and leadership to deliver on time with a focus on quality.

The role demands attention to detail, urgency, and ability to work with minimal direction, supporting Blue Origin’s mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
• 10–12 years of program management experience.
• Excellent verbal/written/data communication.
• Ability to balance technical, business, and organizational influences.
• Independent work history and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects/test campaigns to meet deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply technical expertise and leadership to improve processes and implement new technologies.
