Atkore International is seeking a Fabrication Operator I for day shift in Weatherford, TX to operate saws and fabrication machines, load pipe, and monitor product quality.

Reporting to the Shift Lead, you will ensure safety, accuracy and housekeeping while meeting packaging standards and contributing to team goals. Starting pay is $18.25 per hour with overtime and shift differentials possible.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Basic math skills for quick counting and calculations.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization.
• Able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to safety procedures and safe operation of machines.

Responsabilidades

• Run various saws and machines in Fabrication.
• Load pipe into the machine.
• Stack finished products on pallets per packaging standards.
• Band up pallets when complete.
• Check pipe angle on the angle table.
• Cut boards to size for pipe packaging.
• Follow safety procedures for each machine, including E-Stops and pinch points.
• Inform Shift Lead of potential safety infractions.
• Notify forklift staff when Fab Stock is low.
• Check cut length for deviations.
• Maintain housekeeping throughout the shift.
