The Village Companies is seeking an Operations Manager for its MCL Industries Division (Fabrication) in Pulaski, WI. This role leads a cross-functional value stream, plans weekly production aligned with annual goals, and drives continuous improvement to deliver high-quality manufacturing results.

You will mentor team leaders, manage budgets, and partner with Sales/Marketing to understand core markets while ensuring safety and 5S standards. The environment blends office and shop floor work.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of manufacturing management experience or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional, production-based value stream team in planning and strategy.
• Tracks daily performance and ensures countermeasures are in place for missed targets.
• Leads S&OP process across multiple brands.
