Job summary

You will mentor operators on laser-cutting, CNC, press brakes, welding, and fixtures, interpret drawings and tolerances, monitor KPIs, and manage budgets while pursuing continuous improvement and compliance

Qualifications

• Associate degree in mechanical/electrical field or equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading fabrication teams and achieving safety, quality and delivery goals.
• Strong budget awareness and ability to optimize resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fabrication operations across three shifts to meet production, quality, safety, and cost objectives.
• Plan and prioritize work, optimize labor, equipment utilization, workflow, and throughput; provide guidance from drawings and tolerances.
• Coach reports on laser-cutting, CNC, press brakes, welding, tooling and fixtures; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage budget development, expenditures, and cost-saving opportunities; ensure regulatory and environmental compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and assess fabrication staff; maintain safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
