SPX Technologies is hiring an Operations Manager for the Madison, AL site to lead fabrication operations across automated and stand-alone processes, machine shop, and paint. The role includes developing supervisors and hourly staff, delivering safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity results, and scaling operations with continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production supervisors across multiple shifts for safe, efficient operations

• Help set site strategy and priorities as part of the plant leadership team

• Partner with HR on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention

• Identify capability gaps and implement training and cross-training
