Job summary

Caliberr Staffing seeks a Material Coordinator to oversee intake, inventory, documentation, organization and staging of all fabrication supplies. You will collaborate with Shop Foreman, Project Management, Purchasing, QA/QC and shop personnel to ensure materials are available, tracked, and positioned to meet production timelines. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient material flow throughout the fabrication cycle.

Qualifications

• Identify, receive, document, organize and stage all supplies used in the fabrication facility.
• Maintain precise records to ensure full traceability.
• Coordinate with shop team to keep materials flowing and meeting production timelines.
