Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with CAD tools, PLC programming and automation systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine production methods to boost efficiency, minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Develop workflows, arrange equipment layouts and establish assembly processes.
• Diagnose and fix equipment problems while addressing production bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain quality standards, including testing and inspection procedures.
• Identify, install, and validate new manufacturing equipment.
• Partner with design, R&D and leadership teams to move products to full-scale production.
• Ensure all processes meet health, safety and regulatory requirements.
