Job summary

TOPS Staffing, LLC is hiring an experienced CNC Burn Table Operator for a growing manufacturing operation in Stoystown, PA. This role focuses on operating CNC cutting equipment to meet blueprints and production specs.

You'll work Tue-Fri, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, four 10-hour shifts with overtime on Mondays. Starting pay is $20-$23/hour, with raises to $24-$27 after hire-in.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC, burn table, plasma table, or similar machine operating experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to accurately measure materials and finished parts.
• Experience operating an overhead crane is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a production team.
• Willingness to learn and develop additional skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a CNC burn table.
• Select the appropriate burning tip and gas settings.
• Load and unload steel and other materials using an overhead crane.
• Position and guide material to meet job specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Program the burn table based on production requirements.
• Measure finished pieces for accuracy.
• Perform quality inspections on completed work.
• Maintain required tolerances, including +/- 1/16".
• Monitor production and complete work efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

TOPS Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Burn Table Operator for a growing manufacturing operation.

Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: Tuesday-Friday


• Hours: 5:00 AM-3:30 PM


• Workweek: Four 10-hour shifts


• Overtime: Monday is the designated overtime day, and many employees work a half-day on Mondays when overtime is available.


• Starting Pay: $20-$23/hour, based on experience


• After Hire-In: Typical pay increases to $24-$27/hour once hired directly by the company.

What You'll Do

As a CNC Burn Table Operator, you'll operate CNC cutting equipment to cut steel and other metals according to blueprints and job specifications.
