Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude (electrical, pneumatic, or thermal systems is a plus).
• Ability to read work instructions and perform basic measurements (tape measure, etc.).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow work instructions.
• Perform and adhere to Lock Out Tag Out safety standards.
• Meet or exceed production standards.
• Maintain good time management and communication.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Be self-motivated.
• Follow company safety and department policies and procedures.
• Keep a neat and clean work area following 5S methodology.
• Make recommendations to continually improve processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
