Job summary

Armada Staffing Group is seeking a dependable Fabrication Machine Operator on the East Side of Columbus, OH. The role requires safety‑conscious, detail‑oriented individuals with fabrication or production experience.

Responsibilities include operating fabrication machinery, measuring and preparing materials, assembling parts, and ensuring quality and safety. Overtime may be available; weekly pay and full‑time opportunity are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous fabrication/manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and use basic hand/power tools.
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions.
• Basic math skills required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass a national background check and a 10-panel drug test (THC-friendly).
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication machinery and equipment.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials per work orders.
• Assemble parts using hand/power tools.
• Remove burrs and sharp edges from finished materials.
• Wrap, band, box, and palletize finished products.
• Move materials using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Use RF scanners to pick and put away products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Fabrication Machine Operator to join our team on the East Side of Columbus, OH.We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual with experience in fabrication, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate

$20.00 per hour

Shift / Hours

Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours per week). Overtime may be available.
