Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Ability to read basic work instructions and perform basic math functions.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fabrication Technician II

Location:Frazeysburg, OH

Schedule:Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (OT Friday 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM)

Pay:Starting up to $18.25/hr

Job Summary

Ridge Corporation is seeking dependable, team-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as Fabrication Machine Operators. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Operators work closely with production, quality, safety, and engineering teams to support daily manufacturing operations and help ensure products meet company and customer standards.

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, good attendance, and a positive attitude.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
