Fabrication Machine Operator (Manufacturing)

Shift: 2nd Shift: 2:30 to 11:00 PM

Pay: Weekly pay, starting at $17.20/hour + $1/hr Weekly Attendance Bonus and $1.25 Shift Differential

Position: Experienced Machine Operator responsible for operating and handling parts on various machines such as Lasers, Coil-fed Presses, Brake Presses, and Stamping Presses.

Essential Functions:

• Perform basic equipment maintenance and safety checks daily.
• Load, unload, and adjust materials in machines manually or with hoists/cranes (for Coil Fed Presses).
• Measure finished work pieces to ensure they meet specifications using precision instruments.
• Tag and identify parts and materials accurately before and after processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet or exceed production and quality standards.

Work Environment:

• Subject to hot temperatures.
• Loud working environment possible.
• Exposure to oils and coolants may occur.
